Terms of use
Last reviewed: 05 October 2026
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These terms govern the use of xFive Club's services: the public website xfive.club and the internal application xFive Hub (hub.xfive.club), together "the services". They complement the Legal notice, which identifies the owner, and the Privacy policy.
1. Acceptance
By using the services you accept these terms. If you are a Hub member, you accept them when you sign in. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
If you are under 18, you need the permission of your parents or legal guardians to hold a Hub account.
2. The services
- Public website. Free and open to everyone. It provides information about the club, its teams, players, matches, creators and news.
- xFive Hub. A free internal tool for the club's competitive rosters: calendar, VODs, playbook, scrim statistics, demos, player tracking, opponent analysis and scouting. There is no public sign-up. The club creates the accounts, and each account sees only the rosters and modules that match its role.
Using the services does not create any contract of sale or any paid service relationship. The terms of belonging to a roster (signings, commitments, sponsorships) are set out separately, in the agreement each member signs with the club.
3. Your account
- Your account is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your credentials with anyone, including other club members.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Choose a strong password and tell the club as soon as you suspect someone else has accessed it.
- The club assigns, and may change, your roster, role and permissions according to your role in the team.
- Your account details must be accurate and kept up to date.
4. Acceptable use
When using the services you agree not to:
- Access, or attempt to access, data from rosters, modules or accounts you have no permission for.
- Bypass, disable or test the security, authentication or access controls without the club's express written permission.
- Extract data by automated means (scraping, bots, scripts) or create a load that affects the normal operation of the services.
- Decompile or reverse-engineer the software of the services, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Upload files that do not fit the purpose of the module, malicious files, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Use the services to harass, insult or discriminate against other members, opponents or third parties, or to publish information about them outside the club.
- Use scouting or opponent analysis data outside the club, or for any purpose other than the roster's competitive preparation.
5. Confidentiality
The content of the Hub is confidential: tactics, playbook, scrim statistics, VODs, demos, notes, scouting and opponent analysis. You may not disclose, capture or share it outside the club without permission. This obligation continues after you leave the club.
6. Content you upload
- You keep whatever rights you hold over the content you upload (notes, tactics, VOD links, demos, images).
- You grant the club a non-exclusive, free licence, limited to running the services, to store, process and display that content to authorised members. The licence lasts for as long as the content remains on the Hub.
- You guarantee that you are entitled to upload that content: for example, demos of matches you played or that are public, or videos you are allowed to share.
- The club may remove content that breaches these terms or is no longer useful to the roster.
- Demos and opponent data contain other people's personal data. Handle it only within the Hub and for its intended purpose, as described in the Privacy policy.
7. Third-party services and data
The Hub shows data obtained from FACEIT and Steam through their official APIs, and plays videos hosted on YouTube and Twitch. This data is shown as those platforms provide it, and its use is also subject to each platform's terms. The club is not responsible for its accuracy or availability, and may stop showing it if a platform changes or withdraws its service.
xFive Club is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Valve, Riot Games or FACEIT. The VALORANT module does not use data from the Riot Games API.
8. Availability and changes
The services are provided as is and as available, with no guaranteed service level. The club may interrupt them for maintenance and may add, change or remove modules and features. Backups are made, but do not use the Hub as the only place you keep information you cannot afford to lose.
9. Suspension and closure
- The club may suspend or close an account if its holder breaches these terms, leaves the club or stops being part of the roster. Where urgency requires it (for example, unauthorised access), it may do so without prior notice.
- You may ask for your account to be closed at any time by writing to the club.
- When your account is closed you lose access. Content you created for the roster may be kept without being linked to you, as described in the Privacy policy.
10. Intellectual property
The software, design and brand of the services belong to the owner. These terms only give you the right to use them for their intended purpose and transfer no other rights to you.
11. Liability
The Hub's statistics, analyses and data are a support tool. Sporting decisions based on them are the responsibility of whoever makes them. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the services, their unavailability, loss of content or errors in third-party data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the rights consumer protection law grants you.
12. Changes to these terms
The club may amend these terms. The new version will be published here with its revision date. If the change is significant, Hub members will be notified. Continuing to use the services after the change means you accept the new version.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you act as a consumer, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of your place of residence. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Málaga.
